Tomi is the former Co-CEO of Stromer, the global leader in premium high-speed e-bikes. Over more than a decade, he scaled the company from a Swiss startup into an international benchmark across 25+ markets, increasing revenues from single to high double-digit millions.
Drawing on his career as a professional athlete, Tomi brings a relentless focus on goal-setting, resilience, and team spirit. He has built international retail networks, led strategic acquisitions, rebranded global businesses, and developed service, software, and product hubs across Europe.
Tomi has also held senior roles in the textile and sports industry with ODLO, Amer Sports, and ALBIRO, Chairmann of the board of Björndalen AG and he continues to serve as a board advisor in mobility, sports, and tech-driven companies.
His education includes executive programs at Stanford, London Business School, and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
